These were the "useful" advice I was given recently from my Doctor to help me deal with my issues.
1) Look after yourself (clearly the problem is Im incapable handling everyday situations and of taking care of myself, hence why I'm asking a doctor for assistance)
2) Get more sleep (I cant sleep because I am constantly anxious and worried about things, my thoughts alone keep me up all night)
3) Eat more (I dont really like eating. Food is something I can control, unlike my spiralling moods. If you fix my out of control emotions and lack of self esteem, maybe I'll eat more?)
4) No drinking, smoking or drugs (Ok, in case I dont feel like enough of freak how about you isolate me from all of my friends and social activities and I'll become a complete hermit)
5) Go to the gym and get your natural endorphins flowing (Pretty sure you just told me I needed to put on weight plus Im so stressed out with work I have no time for the gym)
6) See a specialist psychiatrist (which take months on a bulk billing waiting list and quite frankly previous doctors experiences havent worked out so well for me.)
