Cook carbonara. Check.
Do dishes. Check.
Put away laundry. Check.
Do stretches. Check.
Watch a movie. Check.
I am wonder woman. I am exhausted.... I need to do more exercise and stretching. Ive trained my body for 20 years to do amazing things and Im letting it all slip away. I think thats why Im so lethargic all the time. Need a health kick, Bad.
